Catherine is the scrum master and cofounder of Content and Coffee. Her focus lies on self regulating processes in teams, ownerships, appreciative inquiry, coaching and feedback. On a daily basis she brings the scrum methodology into practice and pulls in different S3 patterns into the company.

Mathias Selleslach

Mathias is the senior developer and cofounder of Content and Coffee. Symfony, PHP, Laravel, Drupal 7, Drupal 8,... Mathias has a broad, yet utterly technical passion. On a daily basis he gets enthusiastic about that one cool piece of code. He motivates the developers to be the best developer they can be!

Robert is our senior developer. He has 20 years of coding experience under his belt. His work is extremely meticulous. Working through the PDCA cycle is like his second nature, as is being the most humorous dad we have ever seen!
